Late, isolated metastasis from poorly differentiated gastric cancer to the uterine cervix

• Metastases from extrapelvic organs to the uterine cervix are rare.
• Cervical metastases from the stomach are often accompanied by extrauterine metastases.
• We report a case of cervical metastasis of gastric cancer, occurring 10 years after the first surgical treatment.
