Características de imagen del carcinoma triple negativo

Triple-negative breast cancer is a tumour subtype that sometimes cannot be seen on mammograms or ultrasound. Furthermore, its appearance using these techniques often suggests a benign lesion. However, triple-negative tumours can always be seen on MRI and always have malignant signs using this technique. Their morphological characteristics and behaviour are different from other tumour subtypes. Triple-negative tumours have a distinct pattern of recurrence, thus a different approach to follow-up is proposed.
