An audit of nephroureterectomy for upper tract urothelial carcinoma

This is the only study in recent 2 decades to evaluate the necessity of synchronous adrenalectomy in treating localized upper tract urothelial carcinoma. Adrenal-sparing nephroureterectomy seems justified for clinically localized upper tract urothelial carcinoma.
