Evaluation of sentinel node identification with isosulfan blue in gastric cancer

The sentinel concept using lymphatic dye is applicable to gastric cancer, but the identification of SNs with lymphatic dye requires some practice. Furthermore, the issue of intraoperative metastasis detection remains to be resolved.
