The RPCa-M generates reliable, valid, and close to the completeness of the epidemiology of cancer in Manizales, considering the local infrastructure, the time of registering activities, and the absence of mandatory reporting rules on Cancer in Colombia, which has been endorsed by the acceptance of the data by the IARC.
