Serum Lipids in Patients with Stroke-A Cross-Sectional Case-Control Study

In this cross-sectional case-control study, there is no significant difference in the serum lipids of Nigerian patients with stroke with the exception of serum triglyceride, which seems to confer significant stroke risk.
