Solidification/stabilisation of electric arc furnace waste using low grade MgO

► UCS and setting times met the WAC requirements for all mix designs studied. ► Granular leaching results indicated fixation of all metals studied at 1:4:40% mix ratio. ► Monolithic leaching results demonstrated fixation of Zn at all mix ratios studied. ► This study demonstrated the potential of replacing CEMI with low grade MgO (LGMgO).
