Genus Aegosoma Audinet-Serville, 1832, with description of a new species from Vietnam (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae: Prioninae)

• Discussing about the genus Aegosoma with current knowledge of known species
• Separated the species of the genus into five groups

The genus Aegosoma Audinet-Serville, 1832, is reviewed. The subspecies A. sinica legrandi is moved to the reconfirmed valid species A. hainanensis; a new species of the genus from South Vietnam is described; and an identification key for all known members is presented.
