Summation formulas for GJMS-operators and QQ-curvatures on the Möbius sphere

For the Möbius spheres Sq,pSq,p, we give alternative elementary proofs of the recursive formulas for GJMS-operators and QQ-curvatures due to the first author (Juhl, 2013). These proofs make essential use of the theory of hypergeometric series.
