Convergence properties and iterations for qq-Stancu polynomials in compact disks

This paper deals with approximating properties and convergence results of the iterates for complex qq-Stancu polynomials attached to analytic functions on compact disks in the case q>1q>1. Some estimates on the rate of convergence are given.
