Mineralogical and geochemical features of the wollastonite deposit of Azegour, haut-atlas (Morocco)

► The occurrence of the wollastonite of Azegour (Morocco) is linked to the granite intrusion. ► It is associated to different proportions of calc-(Fe, Mg) silicates. ► Its chemical formula is [Ca0.96Mn0.02Fe0.01P0.01]SiO3. ► The formation of the deposit of wollastonite is related to the topography.
