- Three-dimensional porous graphene has been successfully synthesized.
- The PGE/GCE was employed for simultaneous determination of DA and UA.
- Demonstrated excellent sensitivity (2.104 μA/μM, 0.292 μA/μM), and low detection (0.2 μM, 1 μM) for DA and UA, respectively.
An electrochemical sensor has been developed for simultaneous detection of dopamine (DA), uric acid (UA) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA) based on three-dimensional porous graphene (PGE) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the synthesis of the PGE. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) results showed that DA, UA could be detected selectively and sensitively in the presence of AA at PGE modified GCE(PGE/GCE), which exhibited a good linearity of DA, UA in the ranges of 0.2-8 μM, 1-60 μM with remarkable sensitivity 2.104 μA/μM, 0.292 μA/μM, respectively.
