The analysis of printed works in Spain during the eighteenth century, it is essential to understand the revivalism of medical sciences element. It also allows to identify the different stages that had the inoculatoria practice in the Spanish court, literary media under tight state control, which increased their interest in inoculation as it was accepted and disseminated among European countries, in an example of transfer of scientific knowledge.
