Screening of enzyme inhibitors from traditional Chinese medicine by magnetic immobilized α-glucosidase coupled with capillary electrophoresis

Highly dispersed magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized by solvothermal method and α-glucosidase was immobilized on the magnetic nanoparticles with the modification of chitosan and glutaraldehyde. With α-glucosidase-immobilized magnetic nanoparticles, an efficient method was developed to screen α-glucosidase inhibitors from traditional Chinese medicines in combination with capillary electrophoresis.138
