Excellent performance of resistance methanol of a novel sulfonated poly (aryl ether ketone sulfone)/poly (vinylalcohol) composite membrane for direct methanol fuel cell applications

The introduced PVA can make the molecular inter-atomic forces of composite membranes stronger. Moreover, PVA itself has good methanol obstructing capability, which can significantly decrease the methanol permeability of the composite membranes.
