Electrochemical supercapacitor properties of highly porous sponge-like selenium thin films

(a) Formation of sponge-like surface morphology of selenium thin film by electrodeposition route, (b) Ragone plot and (c) electrochemical stability of selenium electrode in 1 M NaSO4, 1 M K2SO4 and 1 M Li2SO4, (d) 3D AFM image of selenium surface, and (e) 1 M Na2SO4 electrolyte proves better electrochemical performance.
