Syntheses, crystal structures, and luminescence of two lanthanide coordination polymers based on 5-(3′,4′-bis(tetrazol-5″-yl)phenoxy)isophthalic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline

Two new lanthanide coordination polymers have been successfully synthesized and structurally characterized. Polymers 1-2 are isomorphism structures, showing a 1D chain bearing hooks structure. LnⅢ ion in 1-2 adopt nine-coordinated mode to construct a tricapped trigonal prism configuration. The adjacent chains form a 3D supramolecular network via π…π stacking interactions. In addition, the thermal stability and luminescence properties of 1-2 were also studied.204
