Occurrence of polyamines in root nodules of Phaseolus vulgaris in symbiosis with Rhizobium tropici in response to salt stress

The level and variety of polyamines is higher in root nodules of Phaseolus vulgaris compared to leaves and roots. UPLC-mass spectrometry analysis revealed the presence of the uncommon polyamine 4-aminobutylcadaverine that seems to be involved in the response to salt stress.
