Composition of polyphenol and polyamide compounds in common ragweed (Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.) pollen and sub-pollen particles

Ambrosia pollen and sub-pollen particles extracts were characterized by UHPLC-MS/MS. Main components of the extracts are flavonoid glycosides and spermidine derivatives, with sub-pollen particles extract containing significantly less flavonoids.
