Diels-Alder adducts with PTP1B inhibition from Morus notabilis

Eight Diels-Alder adducts and twelve known compounds were isolated from the leaves of Morus notabilis. Some of the compounds showed inhibition against PTP1B phosphatase activity in vitro.
