Cytotoxic dinorditerpenoids from Drypetes perreticulata

Four dinorditerpenoids (1-4) and eight known triterpenoids were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Drypetes perreticulata. Cytotoxic and antimicrobial activities were evaluated. The structure-activity relationship of the cytotoxic compounds was briefly discussed.
