Transcriptome profiling, and cloning and characterization of the main monoterpene synthases of Coriandrum sativum L.

A transcript library for coriander mericarp was produced. The main monoterpene synthase genes, CsγTRPS and CsLINS were cloned, expressed in bacteria, and functionally characterized.
