Triterpenoid saponins from the roots of Gypsophila trichotoma Wender.

Eleven acylated saponins were isolated from the roots of Gypsophila trichotoma. The MeOH extract show cytotoxicity on various cells line. The aminoacyl saponin enhances the cytotoxicity of the targeted toxin in HER14 cells.
