Cytotoxic geranylflavonoids from Bonannia graeca

► Two geranylated flavonoids bonanniols D and E were obtained from Bonannia graeca. ► Bonanniol C with a cyclized dihydropyran ring exhibited highest cytotoxicity. ► The geranyl side chain seemed to play an important role in the cytotoxic activity.
