Cananginones A-I, linear acetogenins from the stem bark of Cananga latifolia

► This is the first investigation of linear acetogenins from Thai medicinal plant, Cananga latifolia. ► Nine linear C23 and C21 acetogenins were isolated from the stem bark. ► These compounds displayed weak cytotoxicity against three cancer cell lines.
