Relative and accurate measurement of protein abundance using 15N stable isotope labeling in Arabidopsis (SILIA)

► Development of a modified solid medium for quantitative differential proteomics using SILIA. ► Establishing an UEB-based protein isolation protocol to increase protein yield and maintain in vivo PTM. ► A method for calculating actual incorporation rate of 15N and the whole isotopic envelopes. ► Construction of protein standard curves using MS data of 15N/14N-coded peptide pairs. ► The protocol established for measurement of in planta protein abundance and PTM is called “SILIA”.
