Between plant and diurnal variation in quantities and ratios of volatile compounds emitted by Vicia faba plants

Between plant and diurnal variability in emission of key Vicia faba volatile compounds used in host location by one of its pests, Aphis fabae, were determined to see if there was any consistent host-characteristic cue in the form of ratios of volatile compounds.
