Steroidal saponins from the whole plants of Agave utahensis and their cytotoxic activity

The chemical structures of 15 steroidal saponins, including those given below (1-5, 11-13), was isolated from whole plants of Agave utahensis, and their cytotoxic activities against HL-60 cell were evaluated.
