چکیده انگلیسی
Polyphenols including procyanidins in apple flesh were quantified during growth both in concentrations and amounts per fruit. Biosynthesis occurred very early. The evolution of the degrees of polymerisation of procyanidins differed in the two cultivars investigated in details.
