Bioconversion of Stemodia maritima diterpenes and derivatives by Cunninghamella echinulata var. elegans and Phanerochaete chrysosporium

Stemodia maritima diterpenes and their synthetic analogues were transformed by the fungi Cunninghamella echinulata var. elegans and Phanerochaete chrysosporium to give 13 products, of which six were novel.
