Cytotoxic protobassic acid glycosides from Planchonella obovata leaf

- Four new protobassic acid glycosides were isolated from Planchonella obovata.
- The 1H NMR assignment for each monosaccharide in the glycon was clarified via 1D TOCSY.
- Three of these showed moderate cytotoxicity against HL-60 leukemia cell line.
