Production of schisantherin A and gomisin G in in vitro cultures of Schisandra chinensis

- Amounts of schisantherin A and gomisin G were estimated in two types of in vitro cultures of Schisandra chinensis.
- Influence of plant growth regulators on accumulation of both lignans was confirmed.
- Maximal amounts of schisantherin A were higher than in the organs of parent plant.
