Two new rotenoids from the roots of Millettia speciosa

- Two new rotenoids, named millettiaosas A-B were isolated from the radix of Millettia speciosa.
- The structures were determined by spectroscopic studies (IR, MS, 1D and 2D NMR) and chemical evidence.
- Millettiaosas A-B were evaluated for the cytotoxic activity against MCF-7, HCT-116, A549 and HepG-2 cell lines.
