Antiproliferative activities of isolated flavone glycosides and fatty acids from Stachys byzantina

► A new and two known flavone glycosides were isolated from Stachys byzantina. ► Structures were established by 1H, 13C NMR and mass spectral analysis. ► Antiproliferative activities of isolated compounds and extracts were investigated. ► The activity results were compared with 5-FU against Vero, C6 and HeLa cells.
