Osthol inhibits fatty acid synthesis and release via PPARα/γ-mediated pathways in 3T3-L1 adipocytes

- Osthol might inhibit the synthesis and release of fatty acids in 3T3-L1 adipocytes.
- Osthol might inhibit the lipogenic gene expressions by activation of PPARα/γ.
- The efficacy was partly involved in the therapeutic effect of osthol on fatty liver.
