Secondary metabolites of Sophora mollis subsp. griffithii (Stocks) Ali

► Sophora mollis is a small shrub with yellow flowers. ► Two new compounds 1-2 were isolated from the methanolic extract of Sophora mollis. ► β-Sitosterol and 19βH-lupeol-methyl-ether were isolated for the first time from this plant. ► The isolated compounds were evaluated for their immunomodulatory potential. ► Compound 1 exhibited significant immunomodulatory activity.
