Isariotins G-J from cultures of the Lepidoptera pathogenic fungus Isaria tenuipes

► Four new alkaloids, isariotions G-J, were isolated from cultures of Isaria tenuipes. ► The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. ► Isariotins exhibited antimalarial and cytotoxic activities.
