یک روش آزمایشی و ابزار جدید برای ارزیابی کلی و ویژگی ویژگی های لمسی مواد پلیمری متخلخل ایجاد شده است. روش آزمون و ابزار می تواند روند تماس پویا بین پوست انسان و مواد پلیمری متخلخل را شبیه سازی کرده و عملکرد مکانیکی و فیزیکی را در طول تماس به دست آورد. در روش تست بهبود یافته، یک اصل اندازه گیری جدید پیشنهاد شد و دستگاه مکانیکی طراحی شده بود، از جمله اجزای اندازه گیری اصطکاک سطح. بیشتر شاخص ها دوباره تعریف شده و روش های طبقه بندی و طبقه بندی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند تا به طور کلی ارزیابی مستقیم خواص لمسی برای کاربردهای صنعتی انجام شود. نتایج آزمون و تحلیل عینی، روش ارزیابی ذهنی و مدل پیش بینی خواص لمسی نیز ارائه شده است. روش تست بهبود یافته اندازه گیری عینی ویژگی های حرارتی مکانیکی را با استفاده از ابزار اندازه گیری واحد برای توسعه محصول جدید و کنترل کیفیت مواد پلیمری متخلخل فراهم می کند.

A new test method and instrument was developed to provide overall evaluation and characterisation of touch properties of porous polymeric materials. The test method and instrument can simulate the dynamic contact process between human skin and porous polymeric materials and obtain the mechanical and physical performance during contact. In the improved test method, a new measurement principle was proposed, and the mechanical device was redesigned, including surface friction measurement components. Most indices were redefined and the grading and classification methods were studied to give a direct overall evaluation of the touch properties for industrial applications. The objective test results and analysis, subjective evaluation method and prediction model of touch properties are also presented. The improved test method provides an objective measurement of thermal-mechanical properties using a single measuring instrument for new product development and quality control of porous polymeric materials.
