Analysis methodDevelopment of HPLC analytical method for determination of anthranilamide into food simulants from polyethylene terephthalate

An analytical method for the determination of specific migration levels of anthranilamide from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles into food simulant has been developed. The conditions of ultrasound-assisted liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) for the simulant of vegetable oil have been optimized. The analysis have been carried out by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with a fluorescence detector, which present suitable detection limits and good recovery.
