Synthesis and investigation of a photosensitive, europium-containing polymer

The photosensitive europium-containing polymers display excellent thermal stability, UV light lithograph sensitivity and strong visible fluorescence intensity. The micro patterns fabricated from the europium-containing polymer by direct UV exposure have good chemical resistance.
