New benzotriazole-based reagents for the phosphonylation of various N-, O-, and S-nucleophiles

- The 1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-1-yl-1-phosphonates were obtained in high yields.

- Establish the structure of a conjugate by a single crystal X-ray structure study.
