Fabrication of textured SnO2:F thin films by spray pyrolysis

► SnO2:F films with textured surfaces can be obtained on glasses by spray pyrolysis. ► The influence of film thickness on optical and electrical properties is investigated. ► Increasing film thickness will increase the film conductivity and haze. ► Increasing film thickness will decrease the film total transmittance. ► An optimal 810 nm-thick SnO2:F film with textured surface can be obtained.
