Theoretical study on the mechanism of reaction of novel iminoether-containing Pt(II) anticancer drugs with biological targets

In this paper, we investigate anticancer mechanisms of three kinds of iminoethers Pt(II) complexes (trans-EE, trans-E and trans-Z) and explore the substitution reactions between iminoethers Pt(II) complexes and purine bases (A/G) and amino acid residues (AAR).
