Dependence of static polarizabilities of C60Xn fullerene cycloadducts on the number of added groups X = CH2 and NH (n = 1-30)

► The polarizability of C60Xn cycloadducts does not grow up linearly with n increase. ► This phenomenon called the depression of polarizability is caused by fullerene cage compression. ► General formula for calculation of C60Xn cycloadducts polarizability has been derived.
