Molecular simulation of hydrogen storage in ion-exchanged Mazzite and Levyne zeolites

► Ion-exchanged zeolites Mazzite and Levyne are used as media for hydrogen storage. ► The main factors affecting hydrogen storage were investigated using GCMC calculation. ► The micropore volume and pore size are the main influence factors. ► An appropriate exchangeable cation could also beneficial for hydrogen storage.
