Photoemission intensity oscillations in the valence bands of C70 film

► The article develops a procedure for obtaining the accurate spectral intensities in the studies of the photoionization cross-section oscillation of C70. ► The article fulfills the observation of all oscillating periods of the cross-section oscillation of C70. ► The article reports the oscillating data for more molecular orbitals (feature C in the article) as compared with the published works. ► The article reveals that some simple theoretical models based on the spherical symmetric approximation survive for the ellipsoidally shaped C70.
