(e,2e) and (e,3-1e) coincidence experiments for studying the PCI effect of low energy ionizing electrons in the Auger process of Ar

► The PCI after electron impact inner shell ionization of argon was studied. ► The emitted Auger electrons were detected in coincidence with scattered electrons. ► The contribution caused by outer-shell electrons was measured separately. ► Particularly the effect of ejected electrons around zero energy was studied. ► The effect of resonant Auger electrons was found considerable.
