Detailed measurement of Ti 2p resonant X-ray Raman scattering of TiO2 and its polarization dependence measurements

▶ Ti 2p resonant X-ray emission spectra of TiO2 were observed closely. ▶ The numerous emission spectra can be observed automatically. ▶ Contour plot revealed the fine change of fluorescence and Raman spectra. ▶ Ti 2p partial photon yield spectra were also observed. ▶ The XES and PPY spectra show polarization dependence clearly. ▶
