Thermo, Iono and photoluminescence properties of 100Â MeV Si7+ ions bombarded CaSiO3:Eu3+ nanophosphor

► TL, IL, PL properties of CaSiO3:Eu3+ bombarded with 100 MeV Si7+ ions were reported. ► Effect of dopant concentrations and influence of ion fluence has been discussed. ► Studies reveal the CaSiO3:Eu3+(5 mol%) phosphor might be suitable for dosimeter.
