Enhanced luminescence related to transparent conductive oxide in ZnS-based EL device fabricated by screen printing method

► Two different EL device structures are fabricated using the screen printing method. ► We characterize the luminescence effect of transparent conductive oxide (TCO) inserted in the screen printable ZnS composite materials with the two different layered structures. ► The enhance EL intensity with the optimum TCO insertion is 1.2 times greater than the TCO free samples.
